How many years have you been with NSK?
I have been with NSK since 1998. It was the year when FLT Iskra was joined to NSK. But my adventure in bearings industry began in 1989 when I started to work in FLT Iskra.
What is your background?
I have a Bachelors Degree in economics – Commerce and Services and in 6 months I will graduate from my studies with a Master Degree in Economics and Business Studies.
What is your role at NSK?
I work as a senior sales assistant and my responsibility is for customer service for the Czech and Slovak markets.
How did you achieve this position?
I think that my hard work, business experience, enthusiasm and commitment were noticed. When FLT Iskra was transformed into NSK, I was working in our export warehouse as a PC operator, and after a year I was moved to the Sales office. Here, initially I gained experience in logistics section (customs issues), later business administration and, after 4 years, I got a new challenge as a CSR (Customer Sales Representative). Three years ago I was promoted as a senior Sales Assistant.
Why did you choose NSK?
Here I have to say that NSK chose us- FLT Iskra - rather than me choosing NSK.
How did you first hear about NSK?
When I was a teenager my uncle visited NSK (in Japan). Later, while I was listening to his memories, I did not presume that it would be company where I would work.
What do you enjoy the most in your job?
I do not like monotony so in my job I enjoy the new challenges which every day brings.
What is your advice to new employees?
If I were to choose a company for which it is worth working, it would be surely NSK as a company giving a chance to develop.
What does NSK offer you?
First of all NSK encourages on my personal development plans: I am studying, learning foreign languages – English and Russian, taking a part in many trainings connected with business. Additionally NSK gives me opportunity to work in international environment.
What is the most important aspect of your job?
As a CSR the main priority of my job is to satisfy our customers giving them high quality service with a full understanding of their expectations

During my 11 years work for NSK I have met friendly welcoming people, always ready to help and share their experience. They do everything to make you feel good in the Family. But mostly they are professionals.
