Baking Dough Mixing Machine
History
High load capacity on dough mixing spindles was resulting in premature wear due to deflecting shaft. Swashing within bearings was causing continuous failure with regular downtime.
Corrective Measures
NSK suggested a replacement HPS™ bearing. Bearings have currently been on trial for 9 months compared to the regular 2-3 months lifespan of the original non NSK units.
